EXPERIENCED & SKILLED PROFESSIONALS
Dennis is the founder and President of DBox Inc. He brings extensive Sales and Marketing experience to DBOX and has held various positions within the Commercial Division of Scott Paper Company, which is now Kimberly Clark. Prior to that role, Dennis was Sales Manager with Hollis & Company Industrial Products in Tennessee, where he had several employees and a large three-state territory to oversee. He graduated from Delta State University with a BBA in Marketing and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Managers.
Brian Dunlap is a proud U. S. Army veteran. After his service, he operated a commercial painting business before joining DBox as a Lead Maintenance Technician in 2011. A Supervisor since 2016, Brian oversees our far north Dallas territory (Plano, Frisco, Allen, Richardson, McKinney, Lewisville, and Denton). Brian and his wife Rachel, parents of two kids, enjoy their free time hitting the road on Brian’s Harley Davidson.
Cayce Culver has over 20 years shopping center maintenance experience, 12 of these with DBox. Prior to coming to DBox, he spent 4 years as Director of Maintenance with The Woodmont Company overseeing 28 shopping centers in North Texas. Cayce manages our greater Fort Worth territory. He and his wife Dominque are parents of 5 children. They are very active in their church, where Cayce serves as the Children’s Minister and was recently ordained.
Chris Clark came to DBox in 2012 following a career in the home remodeling business. Hired as Maintenance Helper, he eventually worked his way to Lead Maintenance Technician for our Dallas Territory and was promoted to Dallas Area Supervisor in 2016. He and his wife Leah have 4 children. Chris enjoys spending his free time on various projects around his home.
